There is an urban legend: The 10 Chikan association, what are they, do they exist? what do they do?...There are nine men and a single woman called "Chikan Juunin Tai" (the 10 molesters). They fulfill the dreams of clients that want to grope a woman of their choice on the train. They make a wall of their members so no one can see what is going on, and they use various molesting techniques to make the woman get off, once the woman has been "prepared", the client can grope his target, after that the woman ends up with a 10,000 yen bill in their hand to be quite about the situation. They bring the client to his dream world at the price of 1,010,000 yen: 100,000 for each of the ten members and 10,000 for the woman to shut her mouth.
